Earlier this year, I was looking for a company to do a tree removal along with removing the stump and feeding roots. I looked for companies on the internet in the Northwest Suburbs. One review I read from a customer came to mind. In the review, the customer noted he had some problems with the tree company that did his work. He wasn't satisfied with the work that was done. He also said their price was high. Worse yet, even after doing the job, the customer service person he dealt with was bad in resolving some issue he had. He recommended calling Mario's Tree service for a quote stating the company was reasonable and they did good work.
So, I called two companies. With the first company I found, I didn't think they could do all the work that I needed done so I didn't have a good gut feeling. Mario's tree company was the second company I called and the one I chose to do the work.

They came with a crew of four people. Before they started working, Mario went over exactly what I wanted done. They did a great job ensuring none of the branches hit the house or bushes/trees. They were very professional. They cleaned up very well. Before the crew left, Mario ensured all the work I wanted done was completed. They have very good customer service and called me back promptly when I initially left a message for them to contact me. Before you cut your tree down, call this company. I was greatly surprised and so well satisfied at the work done yesterday at my house 21 W 261 Hemstead Rd., Lombard, IL and my daughters house 21 W 231 Hemstead Rd., Lombard, IL. 4 men and two trucks working diligently and cleaning up afterwards making it look like there was never a mess or anything done. At my house "261" they climbed up this huge tree, cut down and hauled away these two main humongous branches almost as big as the tree trunk, took down part of my fence for easy removal to the front, and put it back up without any trouble. The work was extremely done well and the price was unbelievable for the work accomplished. At my daughters house, "231" the same thing. Did the work without any problem, removed that large pine tree and grinding up the stump. It was amazing that young man Daniel who worked that hugh machine carrying the stumps through a tight area around the deck and through the gate, without any trouble. He was amazing! I want to commend your company for the great work you do and the fair price for the work done. Everyone of your men worked very hard, including the cleanup crew. Mario's Tree Service is outstanding. I had a large old elm fall on my house on a Sunday morning. After calling the insurance company, I began calling tree services from both internet and yellow pages. I called at least 8 that advertised 24-7 emergency service. Of all of these, only Mario's EVER called me back. Mario called later that day, and surprised me by arriving that evening to assess the situation. He and his hard working crew arrived a few minutes early the next day. The tree was off the roof and completely cleaned up by 10:30 am. Everything was cleaned up even better than before the tree came crashing down. I am wholeheartedly recommending Mario and his great team to all my neighbors and friends. I have a belief that business can be a powerful, transformational force for our community. Strong words. But such is the case with Mario’s Tree Service. From my first contact on their website to me pressing the send button for payment, it has been a pleasure. The office assistant who scheduled my appointment was professional and knowledgeable about her job. She just didn’t make appointments, but gave me confidence in the decision about having a tree taken down. She knew her industry. She was friendly and professional. I was given a prompt appointment and a very reasonable price. The tree-removal experts were prompt and swift. In addition to tree removal, I had asked for other work. Nothing was too hard. The guys did an amazing job, even though the bushes had grown into a fence, they took great care in extracting the limbs. How did they do that! They are certainly arborist aficionados! Their performance, their attitudes, their work ethic – all amazing!
